Arrived quickly to USA. A couple of orders ago, the item had not arrived in the time specified. I contacted Petbucket, and they were prepared to ship another one out with no additional cost to me. I told them to wait a few more days. The item arrived a couple of days later. The point being, that there was someone on the other side of the line and they were more than willing to do me right. I'll keep using Petbucket in the future

I was travelling and needed to fill my Revolution Pink Puppy and Kittens under 5lbs (2.5kg) - 3 Pack order earlier than scheduled. It was easy checking in on-line to my account and changing the date of delivery. Next day Pet Bucket confirmed the change and sent it out to me shortly thereafter. Package arrived quickly in good condition and the price was, like usual, quite a bit cheaper than my vet's.
