Great service!!

About to order again from this wonderful company! Originally found them on eBay and was cautious because I didn’t know them. But reading their reviews it was clear they are legit. Now I’m ordering direct to save more and order things not listed on eBay.

My spouse and I have used Pet Bucket since 2015. We found them via an internet search while living in Dublin as ex=pats and discovered that the local market did not have the products which we needed. As ex-pats with large dogs we have lived in various countries in both Europe and West Africa, and do not always have local access to quality medicines for our pets. We have found Pet Bucket's prices to be very competitive, and their service to be very good. We did have a problem once while living in Germany where Deutsche Post (DHL) messed up on the delivery. We contacted Pet Bucket and they shipped us product to an alternate address, and all went well. We have recommended Pet Bucket to many other ex-patriots with pets, and will continue to do so, as we are very please with their service.

I am beyond impressed with this company! I mistakenly put in my email address incorrectly. When I realized I made one phone call and they responded in less then 12 hours! I’d like to also point out this is during the COVID-19 pandemic and still there response time was AMAZING! We had the problem sorted in less then a day and if that wasn’t wonderful enough I received my package only two days later. 6 stars out of 5!! Thank you petbucket! You have a lifetime customer in myself and my Alaskan malamute thanks you!

Still the best prices found for flea control! The good stuff is expensive but still better prices here. And the customer service to help was easy, quick, simple and friendly. You'd think they'd trained as 'Apple computer customer service' (which has the best customer service ever). And shipping is quick which is especially helpful for us in the "the South" where fleas are annoying year round! The picture is "Yuki" (notice Seresto collar from petbucket on her....), one of my "fleabaits".
